Nicola Bannerman has created this jellyfish necklace with slender tentacles of sterling silver and pink Keshi pearls.

Known to the Japanese as “poppy seed pearls” the Keshi pearl was formed through rejection. Cast off by the oyster before a cultured pearl could develop, it has found greater beauty. Keshi pearls have a high lustre and the variety of shapes and colours make them dazzle—adding to the ethereal quality of the jellyfish form.

Also available in a variety of colours and stones.

40cm (16") sterling silver square snake chain and clasp. Pendant length 55mm (2 1/4"). Each pearl approx. 9mm (3/8”).
