Worldwide shipping

Orders placed before 3pm Sydney time ship same day. Orders received after 3pm ship next business day. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Shipping in Australia:
  • FREE on all orders over AU $250
  • Standard: $8, 3-6 business days
  • Express: $13, next business day if ordered by 3pm (Within AusPost Network)
  • Sydney Courier: $19, same business day if ordered by 3pm. (Within 25km of CBD)
Shipping to US/UK/Worldwide:
  • FREE on all orders over AU $250 (approx. US$250, €190, £162)
  • Standard: AU$12 (approx. US$13, €9, £8), 4-10 business days
  • Express: AU$46 (approx. US$50, €35, £32), 2-5 business days
Upcoming 2011/2012 non-shipping days:
  • Thursday, 26 January 2012 (Australia Day Holiday)

Most items require a signature on delivery, so we suggest you post it to your office or workplace instead of your home (if applicable). Please note we don't ship to PO Boxes, you must provide a street address.

All items shipped outside Australia are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred.

Easy 14 day returns, for any reason

How to process a return
We want all our customers to be overjoyed with their purchases from Oye Modern. By accepting returns, we hope to ensure this is the case. You can return an item for any reason, as long as it is in original condition.

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, in their original box, and must be post-marked within 14 days of receipt. Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return voyage. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable.

You will need to pay the return shipping costs unless the item(s) sent were not what you ordered or were damaged in transit, in which case we will make alternate arrangements with you, please contact us.

How to return your item:
  1. Download the Return Form (PDF), complete it and include it with your return
  2. Package the items in a shipping bag or box that will prevent damage in transit. We recommend similar packaging to what you received the items in originally. Include the jewellery, its original box, and this return form.
  3. Oye Modern takes no responsibility for goods that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.
  4. Within 14 days of receiving them, send the item(s) to:

  5. Upon receipt of the item(s) we will process your refund (minus shipping and any gift wrapping costs) to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase.

Please note we do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items.

Exchanges

Wherever possible we are happy to exchange your jewellery. Because we don't carry a large range of sizes, colours or multiples of one design, sometimes it's just not possible, but we'll do our best to ensure you get exactly what you need.

Items being returned for exchange must be unused and in their original condition. The return shipping costs, and any other price differences, will be charged to the credit card or PayPal account you used for your original purchase.

How to exchange your item:
  1. Email us at service [at] this domain to enquire if the item you would like is available and/or in stock.
  2. Download the Exchange Form (PDF), complete it and include it in your return package
  3. Package the items in a shipping bag or box that will prevent damage in transit. We recommend similar packaging to what you received the items in originally. Include the jewellery, its original box if you still have it, and this form.
  4. Oye Modern takes no responsibility for goods that are returned but become lost or not delivered to us. If you are concerned about loss or damage in transit you may consider adding tracking or insurance.
