Wear it always, even in water. Rolls onto your wrist so it fits snugly when on. From Loop.

Each bangle sold separately with either red, silver or black element.

Typically the small size fits the ladies, and the large is good for men.

6mm (1/4") rubber bangle, 8mm x 1mm (5/16 x 1/16") sterling silver element with resin. Small size 55mm (2 3/16") inner diameter, large size 60mm (2 3/8") inner diameter.
