Mark and Beck are a fun couple with modern ideas and now that we know a little more about them, it’s no surprise that they chose to have an unconventional wedding.
“Mark and I are secretly getting married and instead of inviting everyone along we are setting up a website and sending everyone handwritten postcards with a code to enter the site so everyone can see the photos, post well wishes and share the day in a really unique way.”
With their non-traditional wedding plans underway, Beck started looking for the perfect modern wedding rings to go along with them. She found the Inner Message ring after searching through pages of Google images looking for unique wedding bands and decided to order one each for herself and Mark.

“We had figured, since we weren’t traditionally getting “engaged”, we weren’t going to worry about an engagement ring. However, after I saw the diamond ring I thought it would be perfect to wear with the band and it really suited what we were doing.”

At Beck’s request, we modified the Inner Message ring to a have a high polish like byAMT’s silver diamond ring. Together, they look stunning. We know how hard it is to save wearing these beautiful new rings for the big day, so we sent along an interim wedding ring—the clear acrylic diamond ring—to help Beck wait it out.
“Thank you so much for the trouble you have gone to matching the rings for me. All three are just great, I’m so very happy with my rings they look better then I could have ever imagined.”
“We love that the rings are made and designed by individuals that also think outside the box, they are just so different. Everyone we show loves them and has never seen anything similar.”
“I had to get Mark to hide the rings as I kept trying them on to admire them. I just love them so much, but we are getting married at the start of August so I will get to wear them soon enough.”
Mark and Beck’s secret wedding made for an intimate affair; and friends and family were excited—complimenting them on such an original idea.
“I love that no one had expected us to be average Joes.”
But that wasn’t the only surprise. After all the official stuff was done, Mark got down on one knee and surprised Beck with a gorgeous diamond ring that he had been designing and planning for some time. But, rather than being an engagement ring, it was a symbol of his thanks, instead.
